Sandy was phenomenal to work with. We began looking, and she had shown up multiple houses that just didn’t fit what we were looking for. However, one day a home was posted and I had sent it to her and she informed us we needed to move quickly as it would sell fast. Our offer was accepted. We listed our house with Sandy and it too sold quickly. Sandy was actively promoting our house by offering open houses and sharing it across social media. Closing on our new home was a little more difficult as the sellers were being difficult and Sandy always ensured that we were protected. My past experiences with realtors is they will say what they have to in order to get the sale finalized, but Sandy was not that and was open and honest throughout the entire sale and it was much appreciated. From start to finish and beyond, she was wonderful. It’s been almost 2 years since we moved in and we are still extremely satisfied!

We were looking for our first home. We were referred to Sandy Jo Housenga by the VA loan application. We met with her at the first house we looked at and we instantly liked her. She was very professional and was there for us with questions and to get her opinion on things. We then went to look at another home, which was in need of repairs. I was looking at a home on realtor and by happenstance Sandy Jo was the realtor assigned to that property. Though I did not buy that property I opted to stay with her as my realtor. She showed me many homes. Many of the ones I liked others made better offers. Then I happened to find a home for sale by owner. I made an offer to the owner and that is the house I bought. I dreaded calling Sandy to tell her after all of her efforts I found a home. Her response "I am so happy for you. Just wanted you to get the home you wanted". Well, right then I told her I wanted her to be my realtor to sell my house. Trying to buy and selling my house Sandy exceeded all of my expectations. So much so I recommended her to a friend. He is going to list his home with her as well. She is a GREAT choice, keeps you updated throughout the process if you are selling or buying until close. Gives solid advice when you have questions about which offers are the most solid to accept etc. Very knowledgeable and can guide you through real estate language . Would give more than a 5 if possible.
